Asi is a slick ass rick dodging the thorny Cyn.
[16:46] Kynaston Chasin had spent some time dealing with creating his awesome new crown made of wooden branches, vines, and flowers. Some time have passed, and still Asi had yet to return which prompted Cynric to go seek out the water element. He had checked in at the house, with no success, which lead him to wonder about the land. It took him some time still to find the man- but lo and behold. “Asi,” he called out, sounding relieved as he hurried over to a pond he had yet to discover before.
[16:54] Bird Ix'Chirp (jaden.tyles) had himself a bit of a knack for tracking down new water spots and a compulsion to go greet them, just in case. Not that any verbal chats took place with bodies of water, if any at all. Mostly he just sat within them and made the gurgling bubbly sounds of brooks and streams, which would be exactly what Cynric happened upon when he rushed over. Possibly a confused and vaguely annoyed stare too, just because it was such rudeness to disturb polite conversation. "Kynaston Chasin, are you disturbed by something to be acting so anxious and et relieved?" he has to ask, annoyance already fading as he gestures to the pond around him, "You will startle it if you shout so."
[16:58] Kynaston Chasin may have very well thought that Asi was in-fact having small talk with the pond. Though his voice only rang out as burbles, it may as well have been the common tongue for all of what Cynric thought of it. He found it a strange thing though, even then, to be immersed and water and to be converstating with it. But Asi’s words gets him to play along enough to tip toe closer with his arms outstretched to show he is seeking to silence his foot falls. By the time he talks, however, he had returned back to a normal conversational tone. “It was only that I knew not where you went. You left rather hurriedly, you see. And I thought maybe something had upsetted you about my intentions.. or what I had said.” He paused for a moment, looking down at the water, then back to Asi. “What will it do if I startle it? Become a water fall and disappear off to some place?”
[17:07] Asi brightens up a bit, figuratively and literally as the mage takes actual steps to behave in a calmer manner if only to humor both ponds. Naturally he and the other return to plipping, dripping, twinkling and splashing betwixt themselves. Maybe they were talking about Cynric, maybe Asi was just fucking with the man, either way the elemental eventually cracks up in a bubbly fit of giggles before speaking again. "I had an eerie feeling and thought it best to leave," he answers insofar as his abrupt departure went. The latter question from Cynric, however, earns squinted eyes and lift chin. "It may. It decide to cease life, it may become murky and sullen and too dirty for anything to drink for fear of inviting noisy, rude, mortals. What do humanoid infants do, after all, but screech and behave poorly when frightened."
[17:13] Kynaston Chasin occupied himself with looking about the area, over the pond and the surroundings as a whole. The giggling breaking off though does summon his eyes back to rest upon Asi. “An eerie feeling, was it about what I had discussed? I hope not, as I have already taken steps to ensure that it comes to pass the way I am intending.. and ensuring those that look upon me will come to only one conclusion upon their mind to what I am, and to what we are.” He grinned a bit, thinking himself cleaver as he ran his fingers up the wood branches that now adored near his face and hair. “But is that so with the pond? A curious thing I am sure, and not one that I would want to be the cause of. Is it not a little pecuiler to be conversing with something while being so…. Inside of it?” He questioned, sounding curious.
[17:25] Asi shrugs in reply to the initial question regarding the odd feelings he got, but ignores it otherwise in favor of peering up at the touched and boasted upon collection of sticks on Cyric's ace. It may be clear he didn't quite understand, but he smiles warmly anyway and tips his head to the side like he did. "it is very handsome and befitting of a noble to the wood," he offers back sweetly, finally standing up and stretching forth to extend a claw and gently touch it. But then Cynric has to ask questions that earn him an amused purse of lips and shake of hair mimicking warer. "It is odd you would ask such a thing, you are very keen on speaking when in me," he laughs, attention returning to the pond to burble and bubble again, just to laugh some more. Clearly talking all the secret smack.
[17:32] Kynaston Chasin nodded a bit eagerly, though not particularly use to the crown yet, and it still needing some minor adjustments it had caused it to shift enough that he reached up to push it back fully into place with a big grin. “Thank you, that was sort of the look I was aiming for at least.” Asi’s sort of joke earns the man with a sudden grab around the hips as Cynric attempts to drag him inward to bump his body against the others, stating in a bit more of a huskier tone, “Because I find I can not quite keep my mouth closed during those… times. But it is a bit different at present. I do not quite think this is the same.. as that though.” He blushes a bit, before passing fingers through his hair to pass it off with something akin to being embarshed as it was clear Asi was spilling all kinds of secrets to the pond.
[17:41] Asi startles himself as Cynric aims to grab for him, unsure what would have come of it, and so bending himself backwards and out of the way. Spider crawl backwards, shuffling like a grab to the side swiftly, just to stand again and look sheepish for dodging given Cyn's sexy tone. "It is not exactly different either," the human shaped pond replies, but finally removes himself from the actual pond anyway. "We may leave if you so desire, however."
[17:46] Kynaston Chasin gets a startled confused look plastered across his face when Asi goes into acrobatics all to avoid the coy attempt to grab the man. Which only brought about a bit more embareshment to the cause. His cheeks now fully warm feeling, and his eyes wide with that moment of excitement. “It is not exactly different?” Well luckily he himself believed it was a much different thing, and thus such a statement would not arouse any feelings of jealousy from him or the like, but left him a bit giggly. “Okay, okay, similar enough- all good to sit in water and babble to it of course.” He smiles softly as Asi exits the water, nodding, “Very well, let us be on our way than.” He turned back the way he had came from, taking a step forward, pausing – and in belated thought he gave a wave in departure towards the pond.

Pond sees a mysterious dark shadowy figure creeping on roofs and being mysterious. Decides this looks fun and interesting, does the same, pretends it's a gargoyle, and finally jumps back off roof to make friends. [09:14] Asi was talking with the well when a supposedly tough and manly shadowy figure got weirded out and left, who's departure made the pond notice him then. And because of said notice, decided it too, needed to lurk upon the roof of the inn and tavern because that just looked neat. [09:24] Kynaston Chasin had departed from their room, finding Asi no longer about. This was not the most uncommon thing, so he instead began to go about some daily tasks… or at least every few day tasks, things like drawing up freshwater from the well that Asi had only just been conversing with. The bucket is lowered in, freshwater collected and pulled back out. He dipped his hand into the bucket to scoop up some water- sipping it from his hand. He seemed unaware of the lurker. [09:31] Asi had been amusing himself terribly with this new and interesting vantage point he had taken, and could now see why the mysterious shadowy man had been perched up here. Why, he could see Cynric as a circle, kind of, the angle was interesting at least. Almost as interesting as watching the human-selfturned-fae drink out of the well he'd been talking with. "I really should provide fluids to you more," he calls to the man. "I forget that you things need water more than sustenance." [09:35] Kynaston Chasin was caught off guard by the voice and words of Asi that the water practically oozed a bit out of his mouth as a flair of warmth traveled his body. He was quick to wipe away the result, dampening his sleeves as he turned around, and casually sought to prop himself up against the well. Though the end result was the bucket being knocked back and half the water pouring back into the well and the rest becoming wasted on the ground and surface he was leaning on. “If… if.. if you want to.” He said in a breathy tone, before clearing his throat. “Yes, I would gladly suck.. fluid.. out of you if you wish to provide me with more.” Well now he was acting all kinds of weird and giddy. [09:45] Asi cocks his head off to the side whilst crouching and gripping the corner of the roof he was perched upon for balance. Confused, clearly, as he watches his fae-man kind of make a hot mess of himself and waste water. "What?" he replies through a laugh, now pitching forward until he was balanced by toes and claws only, mock hair left to cascade past his shoulders and just sort of trickle down. into thinning streams. [09:52] Kynaston Chasin had no reason to worry of how precarious Asi was perching at the moment. He was without a doubt a sturdy thing that could survive the fall if it came down to it. Cynric was in a bit cloud nine, thinking about what all that might have entailed until he was probably getting rained on a bit that made him huff and step out from under the ledging. “Oh. That is alright, I will be fine.” He would return to fetching out another bucket of water. “No need to over exert yourself that way. I am unsure if you have a finite amount.” [09:58] Asi shakes his head a few times to further mimic rainfall for the mage, though now the man's excitement over it seemed to have waned and caused the pond a bit of confusion. "If I could not provide, I would not offer," he calls back, perplexed into sitting and just watching Cynric resume collecting water from the well. "You are displeased? I am sorry Kynaston Chasin." [10:01] Kynaston Chasin had a litted nervous laughter on his tone. “Ah, yes, I guess that would be true. Or at least I am simply hoping that would be true…” He took a few deep breaths, exhaling slowly to calm himself from the sudden rise over the issue. “Mmm, oh, no, I am not displeased. You are fine. Here.” He pours the water back into the well, and takes the bucket to go stand beneath Asi. “I am sure yours will do just fine.” [10:06] Forest Pond (Paradoxical Mode) moseyed out from behind the Inn, departing from his shared room that was located down the painfully narrow hallway. He felt no malice for the circumstance, but it was surely not desirable in his mind. His first footfall the pebble slick crash of stone on stone. Heavy and dull, but still lively. Forest rounded the stairs and set his sights on the well in the middle of the square. As he drew closer the sweet trickling sound, almost like light rain caught his attention. The crag embellished man looked to the sky but saw no rain, just as he felt none. Perplexed, his vision lowered to portion of the Inn's roof that sat just ahead of him. His expression brightened into a tight smile when he spotted a glittering ethereal waterfall pouring from the man on the roof. "Hello!" He called out with a firm joviality, extending a massive stone encrusted hand into the air. [10:12] Asi may begin to look a bit nervous himself the more erratically Cynric behaves. Second bucket of water discarded and all now to be held beneath where he was perched. "You are unwell?" he asks of Cynric whilst dutifully providing water from the little thinning waterfalls his 'hair' created. Still worried, likely to stay so for Cyn's sake. But a familiar voice gets his attention, causes his head to jerk up and water to fly about as he gasps a sound more like waves and wriggles claws back. "Ah it is the one that may or may not be fae, or may or may not be cousin. Hello!" [10:14] Kynaston Chasin was too involved within the sounds of the trickling of water that it took him some moments to hear the earthen notes of anothers approach. “I am not unwell, just in need of some water… which as you can see you are providing me with. I had only thought.. something different. But this is fine and well.” He paused in his strangeness of dancing beneath the water fall with the bucket – ever seeking to fill it. He smiled softly, recognizing the man from the other day at the tavern. “Good morning, “ He was beginning to say, when Asi’s erratic movements caused him to become splashed with water. [10:20] Forest Pond (Paradoxical Mode) dropped the heavy appendage back to his side when Asi reciprocate greeting. The second voice came without Forest realizing there was another party. He clapped a few more heavy steps around the well to spot the other gentleman. "And a good morning to you, sir." He greeted quickly before rising over the stone base of the well in their mutual direction. Pausing a pair of paces away from Cynric, Forest's gaze ascended once again to Asi while he splashed water down below. "You can make rainfall dear one? How wonderful!" He chimed once again with glee. [10:29] Asi desperately attempts to divide his attention betwixt sating at Cynric with incredulous worry, and at the entity he could not decide was like him or not giddily. Cynric would win out, of course, since he splashed the mage and all and did not believe the man not ill. "Do we need to acquire medicinal plant matter? I did not mean to splash you, I will cease," he asks, then states, the flow of water from his head ceasing, tightening, mimicking hair once more so nobody got splashed when he jumped from the roof. "I can make rain!" he announces, quite pleased with himself, "As all of we can of water, we let the sky borrow from us. It does not always give it back, of course, it is rude." Info for them both! And two hands stretched, one to offer Forest, the other to try touching Cyn's brow with. "I was named Llyr'maris Asichel. But Asi is easiest for all. You are Dear Forest, correct?"

Llyr'masin just wanted to play dodge the bullets with Cynric buthis mage made some remark and got his asrse beat. Ponds are jerks sometimes. [15:45] Asi nods as he worms himself free from under the floppy, pouty man with relative ease. "No what?" is asked as he pulls from the seat and wanders for the dummies. Clearly, yes, he meant to spar. [15:48] Kynaston Chasin pushed himself slowly back up to a sitting, looking a bit dazed. He bit his lip to pull the blood to it more in hopes to decrease blood flow elsewhere at the present moment as he forced himself back to his feet. “If you are wishing to spar than I will oblique you with a spar. Unarmed?” He inquired as he made his way over to where Asi relocated. [15:54] Asi snorts a soft sound to the lack of answer, Cynric's general awkwardness, and his own vague disinterest in truly sparing. He just also did not want to engage in escapades at this time. "You are free to use weapons," he replies with a slight bow. "I have no interest in attacking you either. I am playing dodge, you are using whatever means you have to hit me." [15:58] Kynaston Chasin at the current moment was not sporting anything outside of poisons, potions, and his crossbow. He was not well trained in swordplay, though a quick glance about the grounds would probably reveal a sword or two laying about waiting for use. “Huh?” He proclaimed, looking back to Asi. “That could hardly be called a spar than. That would be more like target practicing. Is that what you are wanting to do?” He did not hesitate to pull his crossbow off his back though. He had the energy to expend, and if not in escapades, he could surely spend it in such a venue. [16:08] Asi simply took to quietly observing the general vicinity himself, quietly plotting routes to take and things to duck behind. Unless, of course, Cynric can't just let him be confused about what all sparring entailed, to which he simply frowns and replies, "It will be your own fault when you suffer." Signaling that, now, he would be fighting back. And now, with arms held upright, he would make quick works of pulling moisture right from the air and to himself, arms seeming to stretch and wrap, extending a freakish reach from where he stood, that he promptly used to attempt striking Cynric in in the face with. [16:08] Asi rolls R6 (CC:bd6a): 27, Watery backhand kapow [16:08] Prohawk HUD: Rolled R6: (1-160):27 Max (Nominal/Actual):100/160 Bonus (Nominal/Actual):60/0 [16:09] Kynaston Chasin rolls Dice (CC:bd6b): 84, Dodge [16:12] Kynaston Chasin may not have been the luckiest of creatures alive, but he could tell when Asi meant to be serious, and right now it seemed Asi did mean to be serious – which meant the ranged fighter would need distance if he hopped to get off a bolt. He departed from Asi in just the knick of time to miss Asi’s attempt to get him moving that may have left him suffering. “I am sure it will be more fun that way,” He stated, seeming completely unaware of what he had just missed as he was busy slipping a bolt into the crossbow and pulling back the triggering mechanisms. Once he had cleared a good enough distance, he turned around and leveled his aim on Asi before letting the bolt fly, particularly aimed at the man's chest. [16:12] Kynaston Chasin rolls R7 (CC:bd6d): 17 [16:17] Asi rolls R6 (CC:bd6e): 135, Flee [16:17] Prohawk HUD: Rolled R6: (1-160):135 Max (Nominal/Actual):100/160 Bonus (Nominal/Actual):60/0 [16:25] Asi did mean some business, perhaps not lethal business, but all the same he intended to give Cynric a battle worthy of his time. But for the moment he just watched the man while his water made arm whip missed and retracted, curious over the bow, more curious over the aim and almost seemed intent on just letting it strike him. But as the click of the trigger went, he decided instead to flatten him, rearrange the waters in his false body to stretch arms more though it brough him nearer to the ground and likely left him looking squashed in time to miss the bolt entirely. Meanwhile, both arms extended grotesquely, they swing foward in an attempt to grab for the mage's waist, a bit like clapping one's hands to smash an insect. [16:25] Asi rolls R6 (CC:bd6f): 98, squeesh grab [16:25] Prohawk HUD: Rolled R6: (1-160):98 Max (Nominal/Actual):100/160 Bonus (Nominal/Actual):60/0 [16:34] Kynaston Chasin rolls Dice (CC:bd70): 43, avoid! [16:42] Kynaston Chasin ‘s bolt’s aim seemed well enough though it failed to strike anything but air as Asi was quick to move out of the way of it- very skillfully too! Cynric was probably a bit baffled to why his shot missed so poorly, when Asi proceeded to just stretch and mold himself out in a surprising way that had hands clasping around his waist and squeezing him. He made a strange noise as he felt his muscles being pushed on in an awkward and painful way that had his body aching from the pressure. Tears streamed out of his eyes instantly as he doubled over a bit in the pain, dropping the crossbow with a screwed up look to his face- “For Valeska’s sake,” he cried as certain very sensitive areas of him had him in much pain. [16:54] Asi only watched in morbid fascination as his arms more or less effectively kidney punched the poor mage. The pain caused curious, but the hit landed making his own form somewhat insubstantial. Water would freely leak and run from the points of mock elbows while he stood, processed, then determined tears meant the spar over and approached while holding. Arms shortening, body elongating again, both returning to humanoid standard by the time he got back up to Cynric and expelled all excess water. "You were warned," he states, but for his mage felt pity enough to try hugging the man and petting his hair in the want to soothe him. "It will be fine, Kynaston, it was not lethal and there is no blood. Are you in need of medicine?" [16:59] Kynaston Chasin struggled a bit against the hold until Asi released it- he fell to his knees, still clenching a bit in pain. No bones were broken, no blood- non fetal – but it addled his mind a bit with the pain and unpleasant nature of it. As Asi approached he sucked up his breath and widened his eyes in a way to use his resolve to will himself to not feel the pain anymore- to let the wind take his tears away. He was prideful, and did not really care for the element to see him in tears over pain. He used his shoulder to wipe up what had dripped down his cheek. “I will be fine, I just need to sit down for a bit…” he plopped onto his butt on the ground and just stretched his legs out, leaning a bit over at his waist to allievate the pain, but otherwise still using will power to keep his voice even. “I will be fine,” he assured, and otherwise just set there till the pain abated naturally.
