This includes a new charter.
Not much has changed, in fact it mostly stayed the same but poured into a different more personalized format.

Valesk is host to a harbor where citizens can come to purchase much of what they need, as well as catch a boat or find fresh sea food. A merchant's paradise, the harbor is where one might find the pirates, wenches, the smell of fish, and perhaps even some Rusalka lazing about on the docks and singing. Come down to the harbor to find whatever you have need of, or stop by to sell your goods!

Harbor Master
The harbor master is the one who runs the show everyone watches. The master keeps an eye over everything and doles out tasks daily to keep people working, in line, and happy. Without the harbor master, things could fall apart. They make sure the boats are all checked and accounted for, and when they are not in harbor, they make sure the boats arrive back on time.
Harbor Foremen
They help keep things running smoothly when the owner is not around. They are responsible for the money in and out of the harbor and keep the record books to make sure everything is in check. There are two openings for foreman.
Harbor Crew
The crew of the harbor itself, under employment of the harbor master. These people keep the place clean, run supplies to and from shops that purchase items and keep the docks tidy. There are many openings for crew. Possible options are (but not limited to): repairmen, maintenance, builders, loading & unloading ships, and every other task the Harbor Master demands of you.
Harbor Guards
They keep peace and order, if there is a brawl or argument, the guards are the muscles behind the harbor master that keep things calm between patrons and merchants and workers. There are many openings for harbor guards (not to be confused with city guard!)
Harbor Crafter
Some people find a hobby in wood carving or jewelry making (for instance). These folks are usually retired, live with their craft as a hobby and try to earn of a living of said hobby. There are many openings for crafters.
Harbor Merchant
From fish to clams and necklaces to bolts of fine silk, the merchants sell everything one might hope to find. There are currently seven stalls available for merchants; fruit ; dead meat ; live meat ; grain ; pottery ; fish ; baker. Contact the harbor master if you want one.
Sailors
The staff that is employed on boats who's home port is Aberwyth. They are under the employ of a captain, who in his or her turn is employed by the Harbor Master. There is room for one captain and many sailors.

It is forbidden to sell or buy products that are available for purchase in the Opium Den, outside the Opium Den. (we don't want to steal their roleplay)
Destroying harbor property will be reported to the guards and compensation will be demanded.

The harbor is a dangerous place, in stark contrast with Middle and Upper Aberwyth, here live the malcontents, the criminals and the shady types. Please roleplay accordingly. (Petty) crime is frequent. Drug use and alcoholism can be roleplayed. It is dark and dirty and my goal to make it a home for Neutral and Evil aligned characters, the Harbor master is Neutral Evil.
The harbor is always busy, there are always people around, be it guards or merchants or just random people, please roleplay accordingly.
If you feel someone is roleplaying incorrectly, you need to request an admin, IC leaders and business owners are not admins.
