I need a little help!

I for one would like to see a more formal meeting area. I know they are a bit simplistic, but I've always loved fancy party RPs, and right now there really is no place for more formal kinds of parties. The only building large enough for something of the sort is the Wardens Keep. My balls were quite a hit on past sims, and I'd /love/ to be able to throw some more here. Perhaps something of the sort could be worked into a rebuild of the Aberwyth Council chambers? They are mostly residential, at the moment, and since domestic RP isn't really the aim of a government building it would make more sense to veer away from that and into something more like a 'town hall'.
