Up until now you have all been told that trait points + bonuses can not take you above rank 10 when you need to roll.
Clearly, this is no longer true. So what does this mean?
30 points at creation, w only 1 trait allowed no higher than 7 (or 2 at 6) & the remaining no higher than 5. You still can only ever progress 1 trait up to rank 10.
However, now your bonus points may take you over!
ex: Barbie has Magic 7 + 3 she earned in progression = 10 +2 human racial bonus = 12.
