All healers from students to pysicians need to complete healers logs. This helps all those who work in the infirmary keep track of the patients and their treatments.
Please use the following format to complete a healers log.

Patient name: Vallen Mori'ithil (castilles)
Date: 6/16/15 Location: Upper City Infirmary
Symptoms: Suffering from rot - magically inflicted
Treatment: Magic healing - heal wounds. Healed a majority of the wounds, save for his dead eye, and reduced the injury to very small patches of healing/ scarring tissue. Gave him a small jar of healing salve to apply twice a day - to aid in pain management, ward off infection, and quicken healing.
Do they need to come back? Y/N - N
Other Notes: He was instructed to come back, if he needed more salve.

Symptoms:
Burns that look about to rot
nausea
weakness
fever
hallucinations
spread of wounds
Diagnoses with SHADE ROT
Treatment: Holy Water ingested once a day - applied to wound area
Do they need to come back? Y/N - y for holy water and to assess her progress
Other Notes: a note was made in the infirmary ledgers about Shade Rot - so others could manage it should they see it again. Also, Sky was recommended some ointment for her to heal better with less scarring - she can come back for that - if she likes.

Symptoms: Freshly healed wounds - poisoning from Balwrath
Treatment: Balwrath antidote and tea for his sore body.

Other Notes: He over paid by a copper, its on his tab.

Patient name: Faithyquicksand
Symptoms: Large gash on abdomen, from wolf claws. Very deep.
Treatment: Yarrow and willow bark, to slow the bleeding enough for stitches. Cleansing wound. Stitching wound, and wrapping wound. Sent away with yarrow salve to rewrap the injury as needed.
Do they need to come back? Y/N - Y- to remove stitches and check healing
Other notes: Left infirmary to go back to battle, against orders

Patient name: Isobel - bellabellabobella
Symptoms: Large bite and scrapes to neck, huge loss of blood, bruising on torso consistent with impact and broken ribs, and large bump on head also consistent with impact wounds.
Treatment: Poultice to stop bleeding from neck. Magical healer to mend the numerous wounds. Provided Dandelion tea to help her recover, and suggested she eat spinach, blueberries, and meat.
Do they need to come back - Y/N - Patient should stay to rest for awhile, and come back as needed to check condtions.
Other notes: Accompanied by Cailean who seemed to be willing to care for her.

Patient: Ari (4 year old elf girl)
Date: 7/25/15
Symptoms: Cuts and bruises all over her body, she was being raised by a wolf and Feral, wouldn't let me get close. Almost gained her trust, but when I mentioned a new set of clean clothing, she freaked out an...(...something was written here, but then scratched out...)
Treatment: Had to sedate her with Pixie dust, and then cleaned her up and used heal-all paste and bandages on the minor cuts and bruises, her clothing was washed and mended, and a plate of fresh baked sweet bread and a glass of apple cider will be ready for her when she wakes, next to the table.
OOC note: When the girl freaked out, wings grew on her back.Iin an attempt to help gain her trust, Crystiel decided to omit that part of her log. Hilde was present, and helped in the cleaning and bandaging. she was asked not to say anything, but dependent on her loyalty, she might report the incident to Cy.
