Singarti Ranks

The Alpha:
The Alpha is the most dominant in the shifter pack and able to keep leadership over the pack. They are the one that holds the pack together, to make it truly a family and the one to hold the law. In the end their word is the final word. The Alpha needs to be influential with the pack to be able to hold respect and trust of the shifters. They are able to hold the pack bond together and bring pledges into the bond of the pack. The Alpha is the only one that will dole out punishments unless they are not around then that goes to the Beta as acting Alpha. (There is only one Alpha)

Beta:
The second in command of the pack and the one that is most trusted by the Alpha. They have proved themselves loyal to the pack time and time again. Working their way up through the ranks and earned the respect from the pack and showed leadership through their time in the pack. If the Alpha is not present the Beta is the acting Alpha. They are in charge of dealing with day to day issues with the pack, being bias to all and help defuse disputes among pack mates. If leaders want to schedule a meeting with the Alpha the Beta would be the one they would have to go to. Whatever information the Beta has or is told it is reported to the Alpha and tries hard to have the pack needs met. (There is only one Beta)

Starší:
There are five members that are of this rank. They are the, the ones that the Alpha has to watch over the members of their groups. Starší Bojovník, Starší Kouzelník, Starší Léčitel, Starší Správce, and Starší Tulák. They are highly skilled in their domain and are often tasked to train the ones below them. They are the council in charge of sending pledges on their hunt then letting the Alpha and Beta know that the shifter is ready to go through the oath ceremony. They keep track of what the pack needs in general and brings it before the Alpha and Beta. Their traits are a based on which Starší they are but they also should have some social standing. (There can be five Starší)

Omega:
There are few Omegas that ever grace a pack. They are naturally submissive and are able to help keep balance in the pack. Omegas hold a sort of calmness about them which sometimes can affect the shifters around them. They have to be able to maintain order and balance, being unbiased when there is a problem that arises that could affect the pack in a negative way. Those who have the natural ability of being an Omega are rare and they are very respected by the pack.

Pravda:
These wolves have been through it all, they have gone through the ranks and shown their loyalty and gained the respect of other wolves. Pravda guide the younger shifters and the ones that are moving through the ranks, they teach their pack mates how to maintain strength and unity. These shifters are giving a variety of different tasks and help the Starší when they are in need of guidance.

Učitel (3rd Rank):
This is the last rank that shifters have till they are able to try to go for one of the higher ranks if they want to. These shifters have proved their worth and loyalty to the pack. They have gone through the trials of showing their strength and hard work, earning respect from the members of the pack. These shifters will have the responsibility of helping to guide the Dolů to achieve their first rank, they also have the ability to help the Starší mentor the lower ranking wolves of their chosen path.


Rodina (2nd Rank):
Have become well known among the pack, they have showed they are dependable and trustworthy but are still working on proving themselves and gaining the respect from the Pack as a whole. As they have moved past the pledging and Děti they are now encouraged to help share their knowledge of what they have learned to the Děti and Dolů. By now they are expected to have more control over themselves and be respectful to the higher ranking shifters.


Děti (1st Rank):
Once they have gone through the pledging ceremony shifters are now able to chose which path they want to take. During their first month as an actual pack member they will learn the ins and outs of living with their brothers and sisters. This rank is important for they are to find their place among the pack and earn respect from their new family.

Dolů:
These shifters are new to the pack, not yet official members for they have to gain the trust and be loyal to their new family. They are granted to be in the den but are watched carefully by the other pack members. During this time a Dolů will be assigned a mentor to help them learn the laws and the ways of the pack. They might also start thinking which path they may want to work towards as they become a Děti. At the next full moon the Dolů will be able to go through their ceremony and give an offering to the Alpha and the pack.
