Request: The Vale needs treasure! A treasure map is in the library, but does not lead to treasure. Eph figures out the cypher to translate the instructions and leads a party to dig it up. The treasure is found, but is guarded by something evil. The request is for an EVIL NPC.
Reason for Request: Eph is SIC of the Vale faction. This will help build her IC credentials to be a worthy second for Tari Emmaline. The attempt will be for Eph to show willingness to sacrifice/show heroism on behalf of the elves, one way or 'tother.
