Which shop? For what? Also, if it has a Lead, have you tried arranging the RP for a time they or their staff might be present?

The seamstress shop, and my character would likely be attempting the theft when the store is empty. I also don't know who owns the shop.
oh and to steal a dress made of silver, apparently.
