Request: I need someone to RP the Harbor Master so I can get a job in the Harbor
Reason for Request: I'm trying to interview for Harbor Foreman so I can start building myself a reputation at the Harbor. My eventual plan is to submit an application to take over the Harbor, but I feel I need to work there some first.
