Shift reports are meant to show activity within the guard, though they shouldn't always be required. They are simple and should show some form of activity. Below is an example of one as well as the code in which you should copy and paste.
Reporting Guardsman: Celion Aguard
Date/Time: 8/11/15
Patrol Partner if Applicable: Olivia bguard
Synopsis of Patrol: Patroled along the roads leading to lower Aberwyth, nothing of interest really happened along the roads, all seemed quiet
Areas of Interest: The Crystal Sky; maybe shady dealings happen in there, we didnt go to find out
Persons of Interest: An orc, seemed reletively on edge and looked ready to rage when approached.
Misc Notes: (this is where you'd put thing that doesnt fit outside of the previous two areas.)

Reporting Guardsman: Vincent Keene Date/Time: 8/12/15 Patrol Partner if Applicable: None Synopsis of Patrol: These are several patrols over the course of two weeks, I've accepted assignment as the Lady of Aberwyths guardman, Which for the most part has been a quiet post. Several notable people have been around. But none that pose any significant threat that I am aware of. The Dragon in which has terrorized the city has been done away with, it seems the dragon (a she), was on the hunt for a blasted ring that was inlayed with a ruby. From my knowledge of dragons which should be shared and expanded upon for other guardsman to have the knowledge about; ((Vincent has Knowledge 3 and Magic 7, I'm pulling this from the Bestiary)) - Dragons always choose areas which are large and open but never exposed to the sky, and are capable of digging proper caves should they not find one
- Dragons are extremely intelligent, capable of incredible forethought and insight.
- Dragon scales are comparable in strength to the finest steel.
- Dragons bear a strong resemblance to wyverns, but are unrelated despite the scales. If the front two arms/legs are also the wings, it is a wyvern, not a dragon.
- Dragons breathe fire of exceptional heat that is extraordinarily difficult to extinguish and that can instill unique properties when used to treat obsidian or forge metal. Dragons like to have perches in high places, but will always sleep with their Hoard.
- Dragons become larger with age.
- The most common dragon colors are the chromatic (red, blue, green, yellow, white, black) and the metallic (bronze, cobalt, copper, brass, silver, gold).
- Dragons are only ever one color, no exceptions.
- Dragons take on a coloration to match their environment or take an environment to match their coloration (red dragons are drawn to volcanoes, yellow or bronze to sand deserts. White and blue as well as silver inhabit arctic or snowy regions, while green and black prefer swamps and forests).
- Dragon body parts are exceptionally potent magic reagents, worth as much as thousands of gold to the right buyers - entire cities' economies have risen and fallen on the sale of a dragon's tooth, and wars have been won or lost on the power those items have brought. The potency of the ingredient increases with the dragon's age.
- Dragons have a compulsive need to form a Hoard, a stockpile of valuables unique to the dragon, jealously guarded. Taking an item from a dragon's hoard will ensure it seeks vengeance that will end with the death of the thief, the death of the dragon, the return of the item with a great deal of begging for mercy (and often being bound to service or enslaved). If one destroys an item of a dragon's hoard, it will vow vengeance.
This is just what I know, there may be more to them then this as it seemed she traveled with two companions who did her utmost bidding. The person in which returned the ring to the dragoness was an elf looking woman with very tanned skin and I believe black hair. She was accompanied by the Bartender for the Ugly Duckling which identified himself as a Warden Recruit. He carried a large steal shield on his back. After the incident at the infirmary in the upper city, I reported this to the Lady of Aberwyth, who insisted the man who brought the dragon here (the first theif), be charged with endangerment, when I went to go check up on him he was no where to be found. A description is yet to be available. It sould be noted that the infirmary was slightly damaged when the dragon perched upon it.... but has since been repaired. Areas of Interest: The former Aberwyth Infirmary Persons of Interest: Unknown Female Elf with black hair. Misc Notes: This report is outdated, and backlogged.

Reporting Guardsman: Vincent Keene
Date/Time: 8/15/15
Patrol Partner if Applicable: None
Synopsis of Patrol: Continued my assigned duties guarding the Lady, she had a weird visit from two men. One human I believe nd one more then definitely Drow. The lady identified them as Harlow and Valos, though I'm not certain which oneis which. I've included a description below of the two.
Areas of Interest: The ladies home
Persons of Interest: Valos and Harlow
Description: Gender: Male Race: Human? Age: Late Thirties early Forties. Height: just about 6' Weight: close to 200 Hair Color: Blond and graying. Eye Color: Blue Identifying marks: Rugged looking with beard and ponytail. Carries multiple weapons. from what I could see a great sword on hi back and a long saber on his left side, he had a dager on his right and what could of been a quiver on his right. He is also missing an eye.
Description: Gender: Male Race: Drow Age: Unknown Height: 5'6-5'8 Weight: 145 Hair Color: Long white Eye Color: Mis matched colored eyes Identifying marks: Definitely those mismatched eyes are a tell tale sign, he also seemed to be wearing a blindfold around his eyes which could mean he has a light sensitivity or is blind, but he didn't seem it so I'm going with light sensitivity. He also seems to have a slight speech impediment.
Misc Notes: I'll be updating these notes when I can after I question the Lady on her familiarity with these two figures.

Reporting Guardsman: Vincent Keene
Date/Time: 8/17/15
Patrol Partner if Applicable: None
Synopsis of Patrol:
Patrol quiet so far, but the Lady seems intent on figuring out the reason behind the burning of the old Wardens Keep and to sermise their moves impact on our safety. I am in agreement with this, it seems the more our little town grows, the more dangerous it becomes... I've suggested a wall be built to buffer us from any further hostilities from were creatures and a separate path be built leading up to the wadens keep. The Lady wishes us to continue to be a neutral party in what ever is going on with the shifters and Wardens.
Areas of Interest: None
Persons of Interest: More like Groups but the Wardens and the Pack
